Between working with difficult family members, being available from 6 time zones away (while my wife and I worked full-time), and helping our dream happen despite so many challenges, Nikola is nothing short of a superhero in our eyes.
We planned our wedding in Prague with her while simultaneously being 3000 miles away in the US. In spite of the distance Nikola excelled in so many places for us. Nikola provided robust and thorough cost analysis regarding several wedding templates that let us have a rough idea of the cost, long before we actually spoke to vendors. This enabled us to pitch the idea to the in-laws with costs ready so they were more receptive.

We worked with Nikola over the course of almost a year. It’s incredible how easy Nikola was to work with especially as we were based in the US and planned this wedding remotely.

Besides knowing which flower arrangements match the spring mood, Niky’s talent for navigating the bureaucratic entanglements needed to make a wedding between a Czech with a foreigner legal and official, were unmatched.
The legal hurdles were such that we can honestly say that without Niky, we could not have organized that wedding in the record time that we did. We realized that most weddings take a year to plan, but the short four months since our engagement were a blur of collecting old papers in attic boxes, apostilles, filling and re-filling applications and affidavits at the Prague municipality and translating them back and forth. Niky coordinated all of that brilliantly, even as she was caring for a newborn baby.
Niky also knew the Prague wedding venues like the back of her hand, greeting their managers on a first-name basis as we visited during those snowy days. We finally settled for the most majestic of them all, the Lobkowitz Palace at the Prague Castle.
We heartily and enthusiastically recommend Niky and her colleagues, and more than happy to chat in person about that perfect and unforgettable wedding they went above-and-beyond to help organize.

She was happy to pick-up everything we’d organised, filled the gaps on missing suppliers and took over sorting the details with the venue and the other suppliers as we neared the event. This allowed us to concentrate on communicating with the changing numbers of guests as covid travel and quarantine difficulties meant the numbers were in constant flux right up to the day itself. Nikola kept us regularly updated and chased us for information, supplier deposits etc. as needed. She also produced a detailed plan for the weekend, found other items for the weekend and translated the English speeches .
On the weekend itself she, and her assistant, got everything ready and co-ordinated with all the suppliers which allowed us to concentrate on the wedding and our guests. She unobtrusively co-ordinated everything from Friday night through to the early hours of Sunday morning. It was the perfect weekend and the perfect wedding.

We were a bit under timing pressure making sure all the documents, apostilles, translations etc. meet legal requirements of Czech government while getting visa for the bride to be actually able to come to the Czech Republic for wedding ceremony.
It was an adventure indeed. Gladly at the end, everything went well and smooth mainly thanks to kind and very professional support of Nikola and Katka. The case almost lost was saved and made memorable for the rest of our lives having the ceremony organized at iconic Staromestka radnice in Prague. Thank you very much Ladies, you Rock!

With my Indonesian fiancé we decided to have a wedding in Czech to avoid any religious complications of getting married in Indonesia. Organizing a wedding for 150 guests in Czech from Jakarta is obviously a far cry and thus we decided to ask for help of a professional – and how lucky we have been to land in the hands of Nikola!
From selection of the place, setting budgets, selecting suppliers at reasonable prices, dealing with the legalities and paperwork to the actual organization of the wedding day and coordination of the whole event, suppliers, guests and managing thee run-down, she was handling everything promptly, accurately and communicated with us in a very friendly, yet absolutely professional manner. Nikola, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for every thing you’ve done and for all effort you put into this job to make it happen. I remember how desperate I was to find someone able to help me. I was ripped of last year and I found out that I didn’t have the place to get married nor the hotel booked. Knowing that, you put all your efforts to solve this problems and some others issues and you were the one that made it happen.
We know you gave your best. Not only that, You were always prepared to give me any kind of support and feedback before, during and after the wedding. You could handle a very crazy Brazilian group for 3 days and I just had complements about everything. Thank you for treat me in a special way, it was really hard to find a wedding planner that could give the attention and care I needed, but fortunately we found you!

In the beginning, I didn´t think about hiring a wedding coordinator because I felt that I can do everything by myself. But fate has brought us together and I cannot be more grateful. Thanks to her, our wedding day was like a well-tuned watch, all the critical situations and confusion was solved with a happy and warm smile.
She loves her work and it's obvious. Her positive attitude, the ubiquitous sweet smile and the enthusiasm for the affair soothe all around. I and my family felt much calmer thanks to her. She is really experienced! When something during the wedding preparations seemed to me as an unsolvable problem, she came up with an elegant solution and I was back again.

We got married in Prague August 2017 and with great help we got our dream wedding. We are a young couple from Norway and Kurdistan with family spread all around the world and we were looking for a location to have our wedding. After some research, Prague, the most beautiful city in Europe, was our first choice. It was a stressful situation in the beginning, feeling everything was so far away, but as soon as we had our first meeting in Prague everything was falling into place.
Nikola was an angel through our process, the bride was demanding and had doubts about how she wanted things. Nikola followed her through the whole process and always made her feel calm. I think it was 7 hair - trails before the bride was perfectly satisfied. The planning was always very good and we could concentrate on the things that matter. On the wedding day Nikola was by the bride's side from the early morning until late at night, always ready to find a solution if something happened. This was really important for us.

Firstly, she had to take over our wedding planning halfway through as our original wedding coordinator left the company. She was very quick to get up to speed on our plans and vision for our wedding day. In fact, she went beyond any expectations we had. You can tell Nikola cares a lot about the people she works with.
